George is a member of the NAEA and has been an Estate Agent for 10 years with Castles, having spent the past 6 years based at the Tottenham Branch. During this time, he has seen many highs and lows in the property market, making him well qualified to advise the best way to achieve maximum return on your property, whatever the market conditions. He offers a positive, honest approach and a professional service to assist clients in the buying and selling process.

David Sipple Joined as the manager of Castles Hackney at the start of 2016 and has worked within the industry for over 10 years in the East London Market developing his love of all things property. Growing up just a few miles away in North Chingford David was always drawn to the bustling city life and has fallen in love with the cool vibe Hackney has to offer.  “Hackney is a lovely place to work and live with a real diversity of people with numerous open green spaces which I often find myself over at the weekends with my family”.

`I have met some wonderful people since coming to the area and developed a lot of lasting relationships with numerous clients

David has a wife and two young sons and is a big fan of Tottenham Hotspur and enjoys spending his spare time trying to get his handicap down on the golf course.

Abraham Rawat, born and raised in North London has spent over 30 years associated with Crouch End and neighbouring areas. His long affiliation is borne from the warmth and friendliness of the residents who create the feeling of a 'village' community and a sense of belonging. He successfully manages a dedicated, close-knit team who have worked collaboratively for over 15 years, a rare achievement within the industry. His commitment, passion and enthusiasm to provide exemplary service to his clients is paramount and reflected within his mantra of striving to please and achieve.

Abraham has extensive knowledge of the local vicinity, it's wide spectrum of properties and an astute understanding of market conditions. Abraham is a family man who enjoys playing sports, going to the theatre, watching classic films and visiting culturally enriched countries.

Alex Philippou has been in the sales and lettings industry for over 12 years and joined Castles in 2009.  ARLA qualified, he supports all 8 offices throughout North, East London and Essex with his wealth of experience in all aspects of letting.  He helps and advises new and current landlords with any legal concerns they may have.

He is proud to say that Lettings & Management are a big part of the company and continue to expand.  He loves the fact that every day is different, meeting new people, seeing a variety of properties and improving his knowledge and experience.

Recent winner of the ESTAS best Letting Agent in North London 2017 as voted by current tenants.
Alex is family orientated and enjoys playing football in his spare time and keeping fit and healthy.

James Mulvee

James Mulvee joined the company as a trainee negotiator over 10 years ago. Working his way up through the company he has developed many skills through the years but has always enjoyed the direct and personal interaction with clients. He has an excellent knowledge of the Palmers Green area, having grown up locally and has followed in his Grandfathers footsteps who was an Estate agent in Palmers Green in the 1950’s.

James has travelled around America visiting 32 of the 50 States. James’ hobbies are football and tennis. He has captained his tennis club team for many years as well as run several Marathon’s and Half Marathon events, raising significant sums for various charities, whilst trying to beat some personal records.

Stuart Gray and has been working for Castles for the last 11 Years and in the Edmonton area for over 20 years. In this time, he has seen all different types of market and the experience he has gained from this means he can adapt to any changes that may occur.

NAEA qualified and recently nominated for two awards at the ESTAS, a customer service award nominated by both previous vendors and purchasers. In his spare time, he enjoys family life spending a lot of time as a chauffeur driving his sons to their football matches.

Stephen Oswick

Stephen Oswick has been working for Castles for nearly 20 years, working up from trainee sales negotiator to branch manager. He has worked across some of our North London offices, before settling at the Enfield office.
NAEA qualified, he has a wealth of expertise and experience in all aspects of estate agency working successfully through both good and bad market conditions.

I was born and grew up in Enfield and have used my extensive personal knowledge and experience of the area to assist many people with their move. I am very proud to have served the local community for two decades, many of whom have been repeat clients.”
